So with those among them whom you have enjoyed, give them their required due, but if you agree mutually (to give more) after the requirement (has been determined), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allah is Ever All- Knowing, All-Wise. [1]The Ayah means, you are prohibited from marrying women who are already married, except those whom you acquire through war, for you are allowed such women after making sure they are not pregnant. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri said,"We captured some women from the area of Awtas who were already married, and we disliked having sexual relations with them because they already had husbands. So, we asked the Prophet about this matter, and this Ayah was revealed, "Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess." Consequently, we had sexual relations with these women.'' This is the wording collected by At-Tirmidhi An-Nasa'i, Ibn Jarir and Muslim in his Sahih. [2]Sahih Muslim, Book 008, Number 3371:
Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa'id al Khadri (Allah he pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa'id, did you hear Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-'azl? He said: Yes, and added:We went out with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi'l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing 'azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid-conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah's Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born. [3]Sunan Abu Dawud, vol.2 no.2150 p.577:
Abu Sai'd al-Khudri said : The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur'anic verse: (Sura 4:24) "And all married women (are forbidden) unto you except those captives whom your right hands possess." That is to say, captive women are lawful for them when they complete their menstrual period.(1479)" [4][5]Abu Dawud, vol.2 footnote 1479 p.577-578:
"After the distribution of the spoils of war a man may have intercourse with the female slave after passing one menstrual period, if she is not pregnant. If she is pregnant one should wait till she delivers the child. This is the view held by Malik, al-Shafi'i and Abu Thawr. Abu Hanifah holds that if both the husband and wife are captivated together, their marriage tie still continues; they will not be separated.According to the majority of scholars, they will be separated. Al-Awza-i maintains that their marriage tie will continue till they remain part of the spoils of war. If a man buys them, he may separate them if he desires, and cohabit with the female slave after one menstrual period. (‘Awn al-Ma'bud II.213)" [4][5]Sahih Muslim, Book 008, Number 3432: Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (Allah her pleased with him) reported that at the Battle of Hanain Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's Messenger (may peace te upon him) seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:" And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (iv. 24)" (i. e. they were lawful for them when their 'Idda period came to an end). [3]Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 62, Number 137: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus with them. So we asked Allah's Apostle about it and he said, "Do you really do that?" repeating the question thrice, "There is no soul that is destined to exist but will come into existence, till the Day of Resurrection." [6]Sahih Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459: Narrated Ibn Muhairiz: I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). We asked (him) about it and he said, 'It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist." Shariah Law is spreading around the world to the detriment of those that do not want it. Here is information on the practical application of Shariah Law.The following is a list of provisions of Shariah Law collected by Nonie Darwish and posted on several discussion boards on the internet.Imam Feisal Abdel Rauf, Founder and CEO of the American Society for Muslim Advancement and political architect of the Cordoba House (Ground Zero Mosque), claims that the US Constitution is Shariah compliant. Now let us examine below a few laws of Shariah to see if Imam Rauf is truthful or a fraud:
- Jihad defined as "to war against non-Muslims to establish the religion" is the duty of every Muslim and Muslim head of state (Caliph). Muslim Caliphs who refuse jihad are in violation of Shariah and unfit to rule.
- A Caliph can hold office through seizure of power meaning through force.
- A Caliph is exempt from being charged with serious crimes such as murder, adultery, robbery, theft, drinking and in some cases of rape.
- A percentage of Zakat (alms) must go towards jihad.
- It is obligatory to obey the commands of the Caliph, even if he is unjust.
- A caliph must be a Muslim, a non-slave and a male.
- The Muslim public must remove the Caliph in one case, if he rejects Islam.
- A Muslim who leaves Islam must be killed immediately.
- A Muslim will be forgiven for murder of : 1) an apostasy 2) an adulterer 3) a highway robber. Making vigilante street justice and honor killing acceptable.
- A Muslim will not get the death penalty if he kills a non-Muslim.
- Shariah never abolished slavery and sexual slavery and highly regulates it. A master will not be punished for killing his slave.
- Shariah dictates death by stoning, beheading, amputation of limbs, flogging and other forms of cruel and unusual punishments even for crimes of sin such as adultery.
- Non-Muslims are not equal to Muslims and must comply to Shariah if they are to remain safe. They are forbidden to marry Muslim women, publicly display wine or pork, recite their scriptures or openly celebrate their religious holidays or funerals. They are forbidden from building new churches or building them higher than mosques. They may not enter a mosque without permission. A non-Muslim is no longer protected if he commits adultery with a Muslim woman or if he leads a Muslim away from Islam.
- It is a crime for a non-Muslim to sell weapons to someone who will use them against Muslims. Non-Muslims cannot curse a Muslim, say anything derogatory about Allah, the Prophet, or Islam, or expose the weak points of Muslims. However, the opposite is not true for Muslims.
- A non-Muslim cannot inherit from a Muslim.
- Banks must be Shariah compliant and interest is not allowed.
- No testimony in court is acceptable from people of low-level jobs, such as street sweepers or a bathhouse attendant. Women in such low level jobs such as professional funeral mourners cannot keep custody of their children in case of divorce.
- A non-Muslim cannot rule even over a non-Muslims minority.
- Homosexuality is punishable by death.
- There is no age limit for marriage of girls under Shariah. The marriage contract can take place anytime after birth and consummated at age 8 or 9.
- Rebelliousness on the part of the wife nullifies the husband's obligation to support her, gives him permission to beat her and keep her from leaving the home.
- Divorce is only in the hands of the husband and is as easy as saying: "I divorce you" and becomes effective even if the husband did not intend it.
- There is no community property between husband and wife and the husband's property does not automatically go to the wife after his death.
- A woman inherits half what a man inherits.
- A man has the right to have up to 4 wives and she has no right to divorce him even if he is polygamous.
- The dowry is given in exchange for the woman's sexual organs.
- A man is allowed to have sex with slave women and women captured in battle, and if the enslaved woman is married her marriage is annulled.
- The testimony of a woman in court is half the value of a man.
- A woman looses custody if she remarries.
- To prove rape, a woman must have 4 male witnesses.
- A rapist may only be required to pay the bride-money (dowry) without marrying the rape victim.
- A Muslim woman must cover every inch of her body which is considered "Awrah," a sexual organ. Some schools of Shariah allow the face and some don't.
- A Muslim man is forgiven if he kills his wife caught in the act of adultery. However, the opposite is not true for women since he "could be married to the woman he was caught with."
The above are clear cut laws in Islam decided by great Imams after years of examination and interpretation of the Quran, Hadith and Mohammed's life. Now let the learned Imam Rauf tell us what part of the above is compliant with the US Constitution?

These people are truly dangerous and they should not be trusted. They are "EVIL" in every sense of the word. They will lie, cheat, and kill as a means to an end. Lying to infidels is an accepted practice. Whenever possible, Muslims are permitted to feign friendship and loyalty to non-Muslims, or, in the words of Abu Darda, a pious companion of Muhammad, "We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them."
They do not care how many Americans, Israelis, or non-Muslims have to die, because in their world, Muslims are superior to all infidels, i.e. non-Muslims, and infidels are not worthy of living. The only difference between the Nazis in World War II and the teachings of Islam is that Muslims believe that they are acting on the will of Allah and therefore any act of terrorism or murder is not a sin, but rather a holy act that must be completed in order to properly show respect and submission to Islam, Muhammad, and Allah.
